Born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine, my passion for art started at a young age. At just five years old, I began taking art classes and spent most of my childhood sketching and drawing in my sketchbooks. After finishing college at the College of Art in Odessa, I made the move to Canada and continued my education in art at the University of Alberta. There, I earned a degree in art, which allowed me to pursue my passion and develop my artistic style.
As a teenager, my works of art were already being sold to private collections and art galleries. After moving to Toronto, I decided to further my education by obtaining a degree in graphic design and advertising at the International Academy of Art and Design. After working as a graphic designer for eight years, I decided to go back to my passion of being a full-time artist.
I have a passion for teaching both kids and adults art, and have established a successful art school. In addition to teaching, I also do creative workshops for adults, seniors, and children throughout the Greater Toronto Area. I am proud of the impact I have made on the community through my art, and am excited to continue sharing my passion and skills with others.
As an artist, I am inspired by the beauty of Canadian nature and how it makes me feel. My greatest inspiration are Tom Thompson, Vincet VanGogh, Konstantin Korovin and Claude Monet. My goal is to create vibrant and bold paintings that convey the energy and emotion of the natural world. I use a modern Impressionist style in my work, which allows me to capture the essence of the landscape through loose brushwork and vibrant colours. By combining the techniques of Impressionism with a modern twist, I aim to create pieces that are both timeless and contemporary.
I work primarily with oils and acrylics to achieve the depth and richness of colour that I desire in my paintings. The versatility of these mediums allows me to layer colours and create texture, resulting in a dynamic and visually stimulating work of art. I strive to capture the essence of my subject matter while also infusing my own unique perspective into each piece.
Through my work, I hope to evoke a sense of awe and wonder in the viewer, encouraging them to connect with the natural world on a deeper level. I believe that art has the power to transport us to another place and time, and my goal is to create pieces that transport the viewer to the beauty and serenity of the natural world.

My work is influenced by the vibrant colours and textures of nature, as well as the emotions and experiences that we all share. I strive to create pieces that are both visually stunning and emotionally impactful.
I begin each piece with a vision in mind, watercolor sketch, but allow the materials and my instincts to guide me as I work. I believe that the process of creating art should be just as fulfilling as the finished piece.
